These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CompassionCare Concierge website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services

CompassionCare Concierge provides:

Mobile phlebotomy services, including blood draws and specimen collection.

Laboratory services for processing and testing specimens.

Ancillary services as agreed upon in advance with the client.

Scheduling and Payment

Appointments must be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.

Full payment is required at the time of scheduling through accepted methods (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, TAP Pay, HSA/FSA).

For cash or TAP Pay at the time of service, prior approval must be obtained by contacting us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, with payments applied as a credit for future use.

CompassionCare Concierge reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Limitations of Liability

CompassionCare Concierge is not responsible for lab results or the interpretation of diagnostic data.

Our liability is limited to the scope of services explicitly provided.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the website or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Compromise the security or functionality of our systems.

Interfere with other clients' use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, binding arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules in Los Angeles County, CA. Clients waive the right to participate in class actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompassionCare Concierge and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
